• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of driving value through supplier partnerships.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.

・Over 5 years of experience in Procurement, or over 5 years of experience in negotiating with external business partners in the sales department, etc.
・Communication skills in English and Japanese (negotiate price and terms with suppliers, and discuss strategy internally in meetings)
