- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects.
- 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing technical teams, team leads or managers.
- Experience defining and driving technical strategy to launch features and develop a multi-year roadmap focused on member engagement and acquisition.
- Experience in business generation, subscriptions, commerce, billing or consumer products at scale.
- Experience in successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Ability to build credibility and relationships across functions and regions.
- Excellent communication skills working in a matrixed organization.
