What you’ll be doing:

• Support the integration of our latest Network solutions (NICs and Switches) with major cloud providers.

• Build and maintain customer trust by understanding and addressing their needs.

• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to develop and refine features based on customer requirements.

• Lead efforts to resolve complex and high-profile customer issues.

• Provide constructive feedback to engineering and marketing teams regarding product requirements.

What we need to see:

• BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of experience in hardware development.

• Hands-on in high-speed signal integrity and SerDes theory and practices, including specific high-speed lab equipment experience for SerDes compliance.

• Knowledge of server topology, PCIe protocol, BMC interfaces, and security aspects.

• Experience with physical layer of network ports and PCIe ports.

• Proven problem-solving skills.

• High proficiency in English communication and presentation.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

• Proven ability to work independently and lead projects.

• Familiarity with PCIe Gen 4.0 and Gen 5.0 protocols.

• A demonstrated track record of influencing product direction and solving critical issues.

• Experience in script or firmware development.
