The Data and Platforms team is launching an innovative self-service data marketplace platform that enables Services teams to Publish, Manage, Find, and Use data in a well-managed way that aligns with data governance and compliance requirements.

The Product Manager foris responsible forinforming strategy and providing leadershipto drive delivery usingAgile software development practices.Core responsibilities includeUI/UX experiences and delivercore features and capabilities that enable them.data pipeline creation and management,asset registration and cataloging,data lineage, data quality, data classificationability to workacross multiplestakeholders andpain points,problem statements, and drive theroadmap anddelivery of technology solutions.

• Lead day-to-day product managementceremonies

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience

• and Agile delivery

• Functional experience in product managementandproduct development of a software solution

• withdata management& governance, data discovery, data cataloging&search, and/or data self-servicerequired

• Financial services experience, in Cash/Liquidity Management, Payments or Trade Finance a plus

• Experience in applying large language models andGenAIto search, chat agents, and guided analytics is a plus

• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in priorities or requirements

• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, in particular adding structure to ambiguity

• demonstratesclear and concise written and verbal communication

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree in Computer Science,Engineering,or similar technical field preferred
