Shape the success of projects

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing cross-functional teams, enhancing operational practices, and providing expertise in planning and execution of projects and programs.
• Communicating and reporting on program status and risk/opportunity. Processing dependencies, and success metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Working with Leadership to identify business problems. Understand priorities, drive accountability, and propose innovative and logical solutions.
• Adopting best-practice guidelines to influencing and implementing continuous improvements to the processes.
• Working with VP of Engineering to maintain the Engineering Cross-Product roadmap. Supporting the Engineering leadership team daily.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 7-10 years of Senior project management experience
• Have an excellent knowledge of frameworks and tools such as Jira/Confluence
• Be familiar with development processes and lifecycle
• Have experience working with large number of stakeholders in / cross units
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have leadership experience
• Have experience in working and managing within matrixed organizations (cultures, senior leadership, and time zones)
• Be a strategic thinker and be able to dive into technical aspects quickly
