• Providing clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the areas of case assessment, treatment evaluation, ClinCheck support and troubleshooting.
• Investigating and Analysing of Clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints and adverse events.
• Drive and accelerate clinical confidence for selected groups of doctors via specifically designed educational programs in close coordination with Marketing, Customer Support and Sales Teams.
• Provide input to research and development to improve existing products/ services and develop new ones.
• Investigate product safety incidences and report this on CRM system. Also involved in, inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide support and clinical education.
• Will be required to travel to deliver educational events as part of structured certification / education programs for customers and visit customers in their offices (deep dive education)
