Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant

[Full-time/Contract]
[Mid-Level/Senior-Level]

Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs.
Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and integrations with other enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and scripts within Dynamics 365.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into functional specifications.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where Dynamics 365 can improve existing business processes.
Provide expert advice on Dynamics 365 best practices and industry standards.

Technical Development:

Customize Dynamics 365 using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), .NET, JavaScript, and other related technologies.
Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Dynamics 365 environment.

Testing & Support:

Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet the required quality standards.
Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.
Ensure system integrity and data quality by performing regular maintenance and audits.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules such as Customer Engagement, or other relevant modules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Experience with programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
Excellent understanding of business processes in banking.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.

Experience with Azure services and cloud-based deployments.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Certifications required.
