What you bring

- Degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Computer Interaction or comparable fields

- 6+ years experience in User Research, preferably in a business software context

- Experience with applying a variety of both, qualitative and quantitative user research methods

- Experience with different research tools (e.g. UserZoom, Respondent, UserInterviews)

- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese are required
