  • Product Strategy and Vision:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product vision and strategy for Microsoft Teams.Identifymarket opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation.
  • Roadmap Planning:Develop andmaintaina comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer requirements. Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business impact.
  • Feature Development:Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, create user stories, and ensuretimelydelivery of high-quality features.
  • User Experience:Advocate for a user-centric approach in all product decisions. Conduct user research, gather feedback, andanalyzedata to continuously improve the user experience and drive user engagement.
  • Stakeholder Management:Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executive leadership. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to ensure alignment and support.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilizedata and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success. Define metrics and track product performance toidentifyareas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:Stayup-to-datewith industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research and analysis toidentifyopportunities andthreats, andadjust product strategy accordingly.
