Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• As an Accounting and Reporting Manager, you need to ensure proper, efficient and timely management of recurring, standard and sizeable compliance processes
• Ensure our clients comply with all relevant Hungarian accounting and reporting compliance obligations: assist them with day-to-day Hungarian GAAP or IFRS bookkeeping, financial and/or management reporting, provide audit support and general accounting consultancy, manage one-off accounting projects
• Closely work with accounting, direct and indirect tax teams
• Contributing to multiple local and global challenging compliance engagements

• Keeping contact with Clients, maintain and develop relationships
• Constantly work towards efficiency improvements and automation solutions
• Managing and developing a team of accounting professionals

To qualify for the role you must have

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate or service provider environment
• Solid knowledge and experience in Hungarian GAAP and IFRS, as well as direct tax local legislation
• Proven record of team and client management
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills – written and spoken
