Front End Development Engineer

Your role:

• Generally acting asfunction developerinG&B productaccording to the Philips productfrond enddevelopment process
• In a concept stage, lead project team in developing product design, perform technical analysis, and define requirements and product specifications.
• In other words, understand system requirement and translate them intospecific function.
• In a detail design stage, play a leading role to create detailed designs for product, service, manufacturing, service operations and supply chain.
• Ongoing engineering documentation to high standard; Product Specifications, dFMEA, dimension and tolerance control table updates & allADEngineering deliverables
• Actively support team idea funnel process, identify and drive design to value innovation and seek cost-down opportunities of existing products by competitor product tear-down analysis, value engineering and idea generating activities

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering related discipline, major in mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with rich product development experience.
• Excellent experience with CAD software(Creo 2.0 or others)
• Excellent knowledge in plastic material, injection tooling and cosmetic treatments.

• Familiar with Design for Six Sigma, Lean development, dFMEA, VoC-to-CTQ flowdown

• Microsoft software; PowerPoint, word, excel,
• Good skill in English, Mandarin,
