What you can expect

As an Information Systems Associate you will work on a variety of internal projects, supporting IT team in managing IT, VR and AV projects using a wide range of technologies and skills. You will be using Windows Operating System, plus any other IT related Systems. You will also be responsible for completing maintenance on internally deployed IT projects and assisting the team in driving forward innovation and development of the department.

Who you are

• Good organizer, priority driven, and able to multitask to meet service priorities
• Communicate effectively with good customer focus
• Good technical configuration and troubleshooting skills with all Windows operating systems
• Troubleshooting skills, ability to follow logical process to determine fault causes and follow to resolution
• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point & Outlook, Communication -software, Programming skills, circuit design and robotics
• Teamwork/collaboration: develop strong relationships with team to pool resources effectively when required; support other team member objectives, especially those that overlap with own
• Student in penultimate year of university
• Studying a degree from any discipline
• Available to start the 13-month placement in July 2025
