Service Delivery Design Process Expert

Your role:

• Match needed organizational requirements as designed for the specific newservices offering (on service generation process conceptual level, high level-andlater detailed design level) on existing tooling and process to define the to bedeveloped new organizational structures.
• Responsible for requirements design and development of an organizationalstructure, with regards to tooling and processes that is scalable to deal withplanned / forecasted growth. Works throughout the service generation processwith BPSE organization to ensure designed enablers and interactions areoptimized for organizational design and scalability.
• Responsible for and able to prepare and executing test in the respective servicegeneration process phases for verification and validation purposes of integralservices offering (designed customer interactions, by using e.g. designedenabling hardware, software, detailed processes, work instructions, etc.)
• Responsible for and able to validate that designed organization and scalingprocesses will perform in line with the set requirements.
• Responsible for and able to ensure for operational staff, both customer facingand “back-office”, is able to perform designed interactions and according todesigned processes, in all scenarios as in design scope.
• Analyzes different scenarios and/or organizational designs, and works with BPSEand other functions during design and enabler-design phases to ensure integraloptimized designs for use in service generation processes.
• Ensure M2O and O2C organizations are properly adapted according to setrequirements and related organizational designs and scaling approaches,ensuring current operations are not disturbed.
• Ensures activation of aspects such as catalogue, supply chain operations

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor or Master degree in business or technical field and at least 5 years ofexperience managing and executing implementation projects, preferably in aservices environment implementing one or more new services
• Proven work experience in service or (commercial) supply chain or serviceorganization with a practical understanding of market operational sales anddelivery processes
• High degree of services process acumen related to services offer and capabilitydevelopment, deployment, and management at a central level and acrossmarkets.
• Knowledge of I2M, M2O, O2C processes.
• Understanding of PEPF-framework
