Reviewing and managing the FM mandate, which is outsourced
Leading construction or change projects
Collection and analysis of data
Analysis of processes and implementation of optimizations at affected locations or over all locations
Support of projects in the European context
Implementation of new initiatives, technologies, tools or projects
Skills and attributes for success
A recognized diploma in Facility Management, Business Economics, Law or Real Estate Management
3-5 years of experience in facility management or real estate as well as experience with complex contractual facility management relationships
Structured approach, methodically experienced
Experience in project management
Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to improvement
Data analysis skills are an advantage
Process management with a focus on lean management is an advantage
Professional and appropriate interaction and expression with internal and external stakeholders, service-oriented
Cost and efficiency sensibility
An excellent level of German and/or English. Other languages such as French or Italian are also an advantage but not a must
