Description
In this role, you will engage with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and tradeoffs, and develop creative solutions to complex technical problems. Day-to-day responsibilities will consist of schematic capture, PCB layout design, prototype bring up and debugging, functional verification, signal characterization, hardware bug tracking, and working with and managing suppliers/manufacturing partners.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must have experience in one or more of the following areas: system integration, processor selection, various communication protocols (especially USB, SPI, I2C and UART), analog integration, audio design and measurement, power electronics design, sensor design and integration & low power design
  • Must have hands-on experience in prototype bring-up and debugging, functional verification or manufacturing support
  • Must have great EE fundamentals
  • BS/MS Degree in technical discipline
Preferred Qualifications
  • Tools: Cadence Concept & Allegro or similar.
  • Flexible PCB design experience
  • High volume product experience
  • Broad experience with low power low noise designs preferred
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
