Your key responsibilities

  • Support the annual billing and invoice processes of the Swiss and Global accounts.

  • Take responsibility for account resource vetting and onboarding processes.

  • Perform quality and completeness reviews as part of our internal risk management processes. Liase and communicate with global teams across all hierarchy levels regarding findings

  • Support the finance team with account creation and monitoring tasks

  • Work closely with EY’s overseas Global Delivery Service (GDS) team, delegating routine operational tasks. Supervise and monitor the work of the GDS function maintaining overall responsibility for task completion.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Confidence and ability to push back and understand the wider implications of account level business decisions.

  • Fluent in English, proficiency in MS Office. Advanced Excel skills are desirable. All other knowledge of IT tools is an asset

  • Interest in innovation and continuous process improvement

  • High levels of integrity and accuracy, commitment to deadlines

  • Self-driven with a “can do” attitude.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to demonstrate initiative, flexible and independent working style within multi-national teams, planning skills, commitment and ability to work under pressure.
