Key job responsibilities
* Manage a team of 5+ scientists working on quantize, prune, distill, finetune Gen AI models to optimize for edge platforms
* Create 3+ year science roadmap in domain of edge intelligence
* Focus on rapid maturization of science to build products and integrate it with Echo Family of device
* Work with stakeholders and partners to defining Roles and Responsibilies* Strong understanding of first principles of Information Theory, Scientific Computing, Deep Learning Theory, Non Equilibrium Thermodynamics
* Managing teams that were involved in training (preferably pretraining) Gen AI models

- 3+ years of scientists or machine learning engineers management experience
- Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval and Analytics
- Knowledge of machine learning approaches and algorithms

- Experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application
- Experience building complex software systems, especially involving deep learning, machine learning and computer vision, that have been successfully delivered to customers
