Job Duties: Document, manage and maintain system event chronology during incident management escalations; update the incident reporting systems with resolution information. Use the incident reporting systems and payments dashboards to identify and analyze malfunctions and/or security risks on Tableau. Research new technologies to implement into system dashboards to better identify and resolve system performance, reporting, and accuracy issues for various product key performance indicators. Periodically test newly implemented system upgrades to assess total operational improvements, specific to the payment platform. Maintain a weekly process and project dashboard of ongoing issues. Develop new project plans tracking the compatibility and efficiency of new system features and process change implementations, complete with technology budget estimates. Ensure that all process design tasks and projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology Management or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Co-ordinate, manage and keep a chronology of event during incident management conference calls

Use the incident reporting systems and dashboards to identify trends on Tableau

Pull data reports from Data warehouse using MS SQL for incidents and analysis

Create & track incident tickets on Jira

Create and manage process SOP, documents, trackers, etc. on Confluence

Design incident management and payments operation process and drive operational improvement

Create dashboard for all payments incidents to showcase the trend of incidents and forecast
