The Facility Personnel (FM) are responsible for managing day-to-day Building Operations and Maintenance activities in support of Citi’s portfolio strategic goals. In this capacity, the FM Personnel rely upon other stakeholders for various aspects of the FM process.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with Cluster Facility Managers to develop and implement the EMEA Fire Safety strategy

  • Ensure EMEA Seismic Risk Assessments and EMEA Structural Due Diligences are in line with procedures

  • Oversee all EMEA FM Projects to ensure the projects are closed timely and kept up to date on input sheet

  • Maintain Quality Building Operation Review (QBOR), check all countries completion to ensure the appropriate information is available and make necessary quality checks

  • Support QBOR test for EMEA countries

  • Facility Vendor management – handle invoicing process

  • Manage Governance SharePoint site to keep up to date latest governance meeting materials including approvals, current consolidation sheets

  • Participate and contribute in the development of analytical tools to better measure and manage FM services across the EMEA region

  • Provide support to countries subject to audits, legal reviews / inspections regarding Facility Management

  • Prepare yearly actual spending information of FM service provider

What we’ll need from you

  • University/College degree preferably in engineering or architecture or business management

  • 5+ years of work experience in Facility Management /Real Estate industry

  • Fluent English language skills

  • Understanding of the Fire Safety, Seismic, Structural evaluations

  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills

  • Strong and proven end user computing skills such as MS Office particularly Excel and SharePoint
