Drive quality projects of major magnitude and scope, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and ensure compliance with BSC policies and procedures, ensuring that resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are adequately maintained to meet Quality Policy standards.
Determine appropriate staffing levels and schedules, working with partners to understand priorities, allocate resources effectively, and recruit top talent for the CIS team.
Own and drive deliverables related to quality systems, product quality, and compliance, while maintaining adherence to Global Corporate Metrics for complaint investigations.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience in quality assurance, product quality, or a related field
Strong knowledge of quality systems within the medical device industry
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in KPIs control and data analysis.
Process optimization
English level required: Intermediate.
Experience developing people.
Team player oriented.
Skilled in follow up and details oriented.
