- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in finance, financial planning & analysis, strategic finance, accounting or related functions at a large multinational company, including corporate and subsidiary operations is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in the development of management-quality reporting or analytics
- Proven ability to understand, analyze, and communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience, including meeting facilitation and presentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As the Lead, Finance Footwear & Apparel Product Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in providing strategic finance, financial planning & analysis, and arrangements governance support to the business. In this dynamic role, you will:
- Work proactively with the business and stakeholders to identify, understand and provide insights and guidance as the business makes strategic decisions
- Navigate ambiguous and continuously evolving business landscapes, organizations and associated strategies with agility
- Participate in the development and alignment of business case and investment analysis, develop processes for value capture and benefit tracking and provide ongoing project and initiative finance support
- Provide guidance regarding adherence to and continual evolution of the PSC Partner Arrangements Governance process
- Contribute to finance-related CSR, AOP and performance management processes and deliverables specific to the Product Supply Chain business functions in partnership with cross-functional teams
