We are on the lookout for an exceptional Product Manager with extensive experience in the Lending and Leasing sector. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in leading product strategy and development initiatives within the banking and capital markets industry. A deep understanding of Auto and Asset Finance will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for our Lending and Leasing portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the complex needs of our clients in the banking and capital markets sector.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps for clients, clearly communicating priorities and progress to all relevant parties.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product releases and adoption.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Mentor and develop a team of product analysts and business analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure that product management best practices are followed, including agile methodologies, user story creation, and backlog refinement.
- Drive product profitability and performance, setting and achieving key performance indicators and financial targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion of that time spent in the Lending or Leasing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products in the banking and capital markets sector.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep knowledge of product management tools and methodologies, including agile development practices.
