The individual will be responsible for administering work-related injuries and illnesses including workers' compensation claims and cases related to contracted workers through temp agencies with a strong emphasis placed on employee communication. The Workplace Health Administrator will support day-to-day operations and investigation with managing a number of processes: retrieving incident reports, reviewing ergonomic evaluations and Physical Demand Descriptions (PDD), OSHA recordkeeping, assisting with medical treatment authorization, facilitating a quick return-to-work plan, incident investigation and analysis, data collection/entry, etc. The Workplace Health Administrator will play a key role in case management operations and managing, tracking and organizing documents from Medical providers, claims adjusters, internal stakeholders including supervisors, EHS and HR along with other external parties to aid with the investigation and management of incidents. A successful candidate for this role has worked in the insurance, human resources, safety, and risk management field with extensive experience in employee relations and administrative support.
The candidate must work well on both self-initiated projects and those driven by priorities outlined by management. The ideal candidate takes pride in his/her analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail and appreciates an environment where superior work is encouraged, recognized, and rewarded. Onsite presence required.
Shift: 7:00PM - 7:00AM
