Description
- Evaluate and assess current processes to identify risks or areas of operational weakness and recommend and develop effective solutions.- Strengthen the compliance infrastructure through process and tools adoption and compliance metrics and reporting. - Development and deployment of regulatory compliance programs in the regional sales and distribution channel and supply chain
Minimum Qualifications
- 6-8 years' experience in a compliance role including Business Conduct and Anti-Corruption compliance
- Bachelors / Masters Degree from a reputed school
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with implementing compliance programs for a large, multinational company.
- Strong interest in compliance issues and willingness to research and understand applicable laws and regulations.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
- Good business judgment and excellence in problem solving.
- Able to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications while being comfortable expressing a point of view and inspiring change.
- Able to multi-task across diverse business units and geographical boundaries.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop relationships across a virtual team.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with numerous people at all levels throughout the company.
