Senior Specialist Financial Planning & Analysiswill be a key partner for the local market for all activities in relation with actuals and all activities in relation with budgeting and forecasting.You will be responsible for the monthly actuals reporting and validationYou will ensure the correct submission of budgeting and forecasting., you will collaborate with the local business for PGM analysis.You will provide ad-hoc analytics in order to identify areas for opportunities and optimizations.Analyse, seek feedback and prepare commentary on major variances to forecasts, budget & prior year actual results and assist in the understanding of key risks and opportunitiesThe role reports to the Executive Director – Finance and Planning APSA Animal Health.Required Experience and Skills5+ years’ experience in finance roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English)Extended Financial understanding / Analytical and ability to think conceptuallyDriven to lead by influence and execute on complex projectsStrong communicator and ability to work with multiple stakeholders, culturesPositive attitude and willingness to learnEfficient, accurate and goal orientedOpen for challengesResponsibilities include the following, but not limited to:Responsible for monthly data validation (revenue and expense)Coordinate and consolidate regular / adhoc reporting requirements. Ensure high quality and timely submission.Lead and be responsible for the annual budget & quarterly forecast cycles for the market and verify accuracy of submissionsProvide technical expertise and local guidance for finance toolsActively seek opportunities for improving processes, increasing efficiency and promote an environment that nurtures creativity and improvement of current ways of doing thingsLead or participate in regional and global projects
