Job Summary
Your primary objective will be to construct a sophisticated knowledge graph that enhances our understanding of people, jobs, relationships, career development, and more. Ultimately, your work will empower our organization to create a more effective, personalized, and predictive employee experience.
What you'll do:
- Collaborative Environment : You will work in a highly collaborative setting with a multidisciplinary team.
- Team Coordination : You will partner with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and data engineers to design, architect, build, and evolve the People Knowledge Graph based on Neo4j.
- Data Modeling & ETL Pipelines : You will develop and maintain data models, schemas, ontologies for the knowledge graph, and ETL pipelines, ensuring the models accurately represent complex people-related concepts, and the knowledge graph is kept up-to-date with fresh data.
- Software Development Lifecycle : You will participate in the complete software development life cycle, from requirement gathering to deployment, maintaining robust and scalable solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement : You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Innovation and Experimentation : You will innovate and experiment with new ways to utilize graph databases for machine learning applications, especially for Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Industry Trends : You will continuously stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in the field of knowledge graphs and Neo4j, applying these learnings to continuously improve our systems.
- Robust Work Standards : You will adhere to a set of robust work standards to ensure the development of trustworthy AI/ML solutions.
Must-Have Experiences
- Data Pipeline : Experience with developing and deploying large-scale, distributed, mission-critical data pipeline/workflow, leveraging tools such as Airflow and Spark.
- Graph Theory and Data Modeling : Deep understanding of graph theory, graph algorithms, and data modeling.
- Collaborative Development : Extensive experience in collaborating with data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop solutions for complex business problems.
- Software Development : Strong background in software development, particularly in Python or Java, with a thorough understanding of the complete software development lifecycle.
- Leadership and Project Management : Prior experience in leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects is a must.
Supplemental Skills
- Graph Database Expertise : Proven hands-on experience in architecting and implementing graph databases using Neo4j.
- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and holistically about complex systems.
- Communication : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Cloud Computing : Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure would be advantageous.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
