Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and 2 years of experience.
- 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Utilizing Software Engineering skills including C, C++, Python for automation script development to assess telephony and baseband issues
- Utilizing LTE and 5G Access stratum to debug issues to achieve high cellular performance and analyzing performance using Wireshark.
- Utilizing Non-Access stratum to debug cellular performance issues with Radio Access Technology (RAT) selection.
- Utilizing 3GPP/ETSI standards and cellular NW architecture for end to end triage issues and guiding device side behavior with Radio Access Network (RAN)/Core Network(CN).
- Utilizing TCP/IP protocols to help debug for data path related issues.
- Debug and root cause call drop issues and help resolve them
- Analyzing Root causes to any modem power performance related issues
