Key Qualifications
- Computer hardware-related technical writing experience, including data sheets or hardware specifications.
- Engineering/technical background and knowledge is a must; ability to grasp and detail highly technical concepts, theories and ideas.
- Proficient with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with JIRA and Splunk or Grafana.
- Experience with version control systems like Perforce and Git.
- Familiar with XML tools and technologies (DocBook/DITA, Oxygen, XSLT, XPath).
- Familiar with content management approaches and concepts.
- Attention to detail, with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive both technical and functional requirements based on user feedback captured from various multi-functional teams.
Description
- The job involves providing tool and content creation support to engineers: training users, converting documents, building, debugging, and publishing specifications.- You will be encouraged to bring experience and good judgment to continuously drive documentation and process improvement across multiple, simultaneous projects and systems.
Education & Experience
BS and 3+ years relevant industry experience

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300.00 and $241,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
