Work closely with many different teams and stakeholders and become the focal point for all Marketplace related analytics matters in the organization.
Collaborate with the Yield Team and other relevant stakeholders to develop strategies for optimizing revenue and yield across the network.
Continuously monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions or challenges.
Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Create, support and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to monitor products performance and evaluate the impact of new features and initiatives
Get your hands dirty working with big data sets to provide useful actionable insights related to products – for both product and business stakeholders
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Statistics / Information Systems or a related technical field a must
4+ years of proven hands-on experience in a data analytical role
Experience in running and analyzing AB tests
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
Experienced with data visualization tools a must (Tableau / Looker a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, visualization and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for driving continuous improvement
Fast and independent learner
Manage multiple tasks at a time in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the digital space a must, and in Ad-tech a plus
