Duties: Design, develop, engineer, test, and implement information security applications. Function as a project lead by holding meetings with clients to gather business and functional requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Coordinate team tasks, capacity, and issues. Ensure that newer patterns are documented and create new frameworks, as needed, to accommodate client requirements and ensure that all repetitive tasks will be automated to reduce the time taken in manual interventions in executing and maintaining job scripts. Enhance existing microservice architecture, Application Programming Interface (API) Gateway, and container technologies to improve security features in application. Ensure architectural, business, coding, design, and quality standards adhere to secure coding and Citi policies by reviewing code designs and comparing design and coding with Citi standards. Support Authentication systems, troubleshoot issues, analyze root cause, manage tickets, and work towards resolution. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Eight (8) years of experience must include: Utilizing Single Sign On, SAML based user identity federation, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, and multi-factor authentication; Designing, developing, engineering, testing, and implementing information security applications; Supporting Authentication systems, troubleshooting issues, analyzing root case, managing tickets, and working towards resolution; Utilizing Splunk for validating and analyzing the logs for application performance enhancements; Utilizing Jenkins for leveraging continuous build by replacing the manual code build process and streamlining the code build process; Utilizing RLM for leveraging continuous deployment by replacing manual deployment and streamlining the code deployment process; Utilizing Swagger IO and Postman for API testing. 40 hrs./wk.
