Design, develop and maintain test environments and automated test suites in Golang/Python. Automate provisioning of testing infrastructure and participate in continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) efforts and develop a strategic quality plan for the product or component of product by identifying the current gaps and propose future goals.

*Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S.

What You Will Do:

• Assure continued quality of existing features and assess the quality of new features.

• Explore, identify and document new bugs, review and validate documentation, and review and validate standard operating procedures.

• Collect and report on quality metrics (KPI/DORA) so that teams can make data driven decisions to release services.

• Analyze and prioritize the quality risks posed by the offering in development and determine the actions to mitigate these risks.

• Participate in design sessions with developers and product manager to scope and prioritize new features.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related role.

• Must have three (3) years of experience automating complex test cases;

• Must have two (2) years of coding experience in Go;

• Must have two (2) years of experience with containers and container orchestration tools, including Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes;

• Must have two (2) years of experience with Linux or UNIX system administration;

• Must have two (2) years of experience with CI/CD, including GitHub Actions, Tekton, ArgoCD, and Jenkins;

• Must have two (2) years of experience with automating complex tasks with shell scripting or other automation frameworks;

• Must have one (1) year of experience with SaaS or managed service offering.

The salary range for this position is $110,739 - $148,550. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
