We'll lean on you to lead design, engineering, and project tasks, delegate work, and collaborate with engineers and design practitioners of varying experience levels. You'll also mentor junior practitioners and learn from senior practitioners to grow professionally. We'll rely on you to develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business through proposals, networking, and sole source opportunities.
