Description
This role is a senior level software engineer role and it will require strong technical leadership skills, broad knowledge of different software engineering domains, and will require deep expertise in AI/ML Ops lifecycle. This person will be required to provide lead the development of the next generation evaluation and ML experimentation platform.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience designing and developing high-volume, low-latency Web Applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.
- Strong background in designing highly scalable micro services using Java frameworks like SpringBoot or similar.
- Strong background in big data warehouses and familiarity with Spark, large scale query engines such as Snowflake.
- Experience in developing ML models such as Neural Network, Linear/Logistical Regression models. Strong understanding of ML Ops lifecycle.
- Experience in developing LLM based solutions such as RAG architecture.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and accomplish quantifiable objectives with a data-driven methodology.
- Provide technical leadership and domain expertise.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Web development experience using JS frameworks such as ReactJS or AngularJS preferred.
- BS degree in computer science or equivalent field plus minimum of 5 years experience or MS degree plus minimum of 3 years experience.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
