What you'll do...

  • Human Factors, Psychology , Social Sciences, Market Research, or a related field with 5-7

  • daptab ility and a growth-mindset, seeking out and welcom ing

  • great work in short timeframes

  • ulling from a broad toolkit of research methods, including live studies, un-moderated studies, field studies, participatory design, heuristic evaluations, and remote usability testing.

  • Prioritizing key initiatives across stakeholder areas for actionable results.

  • Solving complex problems with curiosity and openness.

  • soliciting and leveraging competitive research, data, and analytics to inform design and business strategy.

  • Thinking holistically through the entire ecosystem of end users and competitors.

  • Switching gears from deep design thinking to rapid-fire execution.

  • exceptional communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years’ experience in market research, business analysis, UX design research, or related area.
