Preferred qualifications:

- Executive presence and experience presenting to executive leadership, both externally and internally. Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems, as well as deliver impact against concrete business goals
- Ability to be a thought leader, think strategically, develop an outlook and strategy, and inspire others to follow
- Ability to effectively balance short-term tactical and long-term strategic goals as a general manager
- Exceptional problem solving, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
