Partner with Data Leadership to design and drive the planning and execution processes for our Data organization, from strategy to implementation
Develop, implement, and manage intake processes for feature requests, support, and bug fixes, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with other stakeholders across the organization
Collaborate closely with both Product and Engineering Operations to establish clear processes that enhance collaboration between data and tech squads, analysts, and other data stakeholders across the company.
Design, implement, and oversee incident management processes, ensuring they are handled effectively when they arise
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, operations, or a related role
Strong project management skills with experience using task and project management tools
Previous experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering
Proven ability to create and enforce processes that achieve deliverable outcomes with speed and excellence
Exceptional people skills and an abundance of empathy
Experience with data tools and a solid understanding of data structures
Stellar verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across disciplines and seniority levels
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Diligent attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
