The
Job responsibilities:
The role will support in the Program management & BAU to determine and maintain the authoritative list of business and technology controls that manage Data Storage risk. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and maintaining regulatory requirements for data localization & data resiliency
- Providing Compliance capability to identify applications in scope for the data storage requirements across data stores
- Providing guidance and governance capabilities to LOB/CF CDO teams to manage Data Storage Risk
- Providing reporting and measurements for LOB/CF CFO teams to govern Data Storage Risk
- Performing Monthly reporting & governance activities
- Active stakeholder engagement with Legal, Compliance, Technology Product & control groups, Line of business & corporate functional chief data office teams
- Develop automation design and partner with relevant groups for implementation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience in technology/operations/ financial services or similar
- Basic understanding of data risks, business or technology controls, identity and access management domains
- Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills - candidate will be dealing with stakeholders of varying degrees of seniority (up-to Managing Director level) across Corporate/Firmwide, Finance, Risk, Compliance , Operations and Technology teams
- Effective change management skills - ability to support & adapt within a changing environment
- Self starter, able to work autonomously in an ambigous & evolving domain
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver multiple Program demands on-time and to a high standard
- Lateral thinking with ability to articulate clearly across diverse stakeholders
- Problem-solving and a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic business and technical environment
- Strong understanding of MS applications with focus on data analysis (Excel) and presentations (Word PowerPoint)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Basic understanding of the industry practices and familiarity with data/technology products and services
- Basic understanding of project management lifecycle and Technology SDLC (software development lifecycle)
