Lead technical development of a sophisticated metrology system using a cross-disciplinary team of engineers
Own the entire system error budgets against the required specs and provide a technical roadmap for future advanced technology based on the system error budget
Partition large systems into subsystems, modules, and components, each clearly defined and straightforward to implement
Perform detailed and efficient root cause analysis to problems arise during development and field-escalations
Drive validation and verification activities for the overall product, including system level testing.
Work with program managers to build and manage project schedules.
Interfaces closely with service, manufacturing,engineeringand marketing team to define andoptimizesystem performance and resolve performance issues.
Ensure the system will meet the system requirements

Review and approve system requirements and design documents,

Minimum Qualifications
BSc/MSc in Physics / Electrical Eng./Mechanical Eng
Experienceinmultidisciplinary systems R&D- minimum 5 years
Solid knowledge of data analysis and signal/image processing using Python orMATLAB
Complex system comprehension
Excellent collaboration capabilities, with different fields and ability to work independently
Good interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong English oral and written communication skills, presenting skills
Travel: 20% of the time
