Job Summary:
Working as a member of the wider EMEIA BMC FSO team, the successful candidate would be required to work in a team environment for delivering and managing the project coordination of the marketing projects The role requires someone, who can manage many concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills. The associate would be required to work in a global team environment in delivering and managing the administrative needs of the projects for stakeholders within agreed timelines
Key responsibilities:
The role would suit someone keen to build their marketing experience in a professional services environment and become part of an established and successful marketing team, recognised for pushing boundaries in professional services marketing. An interest and/or experience in financial services would be an advantage.
- Acting as the point person on operations for business stakeholders and local marketing teams involved in campaigns, project briefings, communicating key dates, maintaining project plans, preparing some meeting materials.
- Assisting with sector and solution activity planning, including inputting data into or planning tool.
- Working on research projects as necessary – newsletters, forums, conferences – and as requested.
- Project Administration support
- Put together project plan and provide weekly updates

- Flag risks and concerns
- Webcast Support
- Calendar planning (coordinating dates in the diary)
- Logistics – room bookings, IT support, webcast booking form and briefings
- Project co-ordination/management
- Provide replay information and links post event
- Manage invoicing and payment

- Organize placeholders for various meetings
- Issue invitation and call details
- Manage invite updates/cancellations
