The role involves supporting translation tasks for technical and business documentation, as well as editing, formatting, and structuring content to enhance readability.
Key job responsibilities
- Localize SOPs, training materials, and other connection, Auris documents to align with local language and cultural nuances- Assist with documentation work, including editing, formatting, and structuring content for readability- Assist in managing timelines and workflows for localization tasks to ensure timely delivery
- Help adapt graphics, subtitles, and other visual elements for different languages to enhance accessibility
- Conduct linguistic and cultural research to improve localization processes and ensure relevance in local markets

- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or related field with fluent English skills
- 1+ years of experience in localization, translation, or content adaptation
- Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office Suite) and familiarity with translation management systems (TMS) or computer-aided translation (CAT) tools

- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
