Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:Provide technical support andguidance throughout the NPI process. Address complex technical issues andensure that new products meet quality and performance standards.

Support product testing andvalidation activities to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatoryrequirements. Identify and address any issues that arise during testing.

Proactively identify potentialissues during the NPI phase and develop solutions to address them. Implementstrategies to prevent future issues and ensure a smooth product launch.

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of experience in product management, new product introduction, or a related role
• Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
