Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end users • Extensive work on projects involving Payment Processing, Liquidity Management, Data Warehousing and core Cash Management of large MNC clients • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of working on industry standards like ISO20022, SWIFT etc. • Proficient in gathering the business requirements and converting those into technical & functional solutions • Deep understanding of multiple payment ecosystems (UPI, US RTP, FedNow, SEPA Interac etc), regional payment practices and emerging solutions • Solid understanding of trends in payment industry such as Mobile Banking, Digital Wallets, Tokenization • Successfully completed projects involving digital transformation and migration of legacy payment systems • Define & document User Stories, ICDs in JIRA under appropriate epic • Provide solution, story & ICD walkthrough to partners, Engineering Managers and CQE teams • Work with Scrum Masters & Release Train Engineers (RTEs) for day-to-day execution of initiative via a scrum team
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis • Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques • Proven interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skills • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
