Key job responsibilities
Core Responsibilities- Identify and close operational gaps in new offerings and set operational requirements for new projects.
- Dive deep in all areas across a suite of Logistics programs; this role is both strategic and hands-on.- Drive adoption of services & step-function improvement in Seller Experience.
- Drive marketing and communication strategy of the program, track and monitor performance of service providers.

- Bachelor’s degree required, in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations.
- Several years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain operations.
- A passion for developing best in class customer delivery experience.
- Strong bias for action, with willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.
- Experience of working in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction required.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.

- MBA or a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations.
- SQL knowledge and experience in Tableau. Experience with Amazon Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations or Procurement. Experience with lean process, kaizen, six sigma, and process improvement.
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability with ability to convert strategy to action.
- Demonstrated experience in performing complex data analysis.
