As a Senior Hardware Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Defining the technical strategy and roadmap while managing execution to ensure successful delivery of critical programs
- Leading and developing a growing hardware engineering team
- Collaborating across the organization to develop products that excite customers today and innovate for tomorrow
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to team members and ensure adherence to best practices
- Managing OEM, ODM, SI, and component vendors relationships including running RFPs and negotiating cost and supply
- Driving continuous improvement in hardware development processes to optimize quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness

To be successful in this role you will:
- Demonstrate experience managing one or more engineering teams, including performance management, career coaching and mentoring
- Have a proven track record delivering large-scale hardware projects
- Display in-depth knowledge of Hardware Engineering, Firmware Engineering, and New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Demonstrate expertise in server design considerations such as component selection, thermal management, power distribution, and mechanical constraints
- Demonstrate experience working with manufacturers and supply chain partners to handle vendor evaluations, cost negotiations, and logistics
This role will require your presence in our Cambridge office at least a 3 days a week. Applicants should be aware that this office attendance will be required.
