DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate operating system (Linux/Windows) low level engineer to join AWS MGN and DRS services and help to solve a challenging set of problems in a space packed full of opportunities. In this role, you will participate in the full life cycle of new innovative features build, from requirements and software developing through ownership of the product.The position requires analyzing complex operating system situations independently and finding creative solutions in ambiguous environments.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
