- Experience delivering business results with experience of driving operational aptitude across teams.
- Experience growing and scaling businesses.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading teams that consist of multiple levels of management, i.e. teams that have scale and are a magnet for talent.
- Digital/online work experience.
- Project management experience and/or ability to deliver across a variety of teams.
- Market experience in France, with established executive-level relationships and visible market presence.
- Ability to communicate in French fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in French with local stakeholders.
