Preferred Qualifications
They will apply proven experience in developing relationships at large, complex organizations globally. They will have led sales efforts and participated personally in meeting team goals. Experience in selling capital equipment into groundbreaking semiconductor customers is important. The understanding of technically sophisticated products and experience on how to position these to a broad audience is critical.
Strong foundation in engineering, technology or related business field and 10+ years in sales, business development, product marketing or product management in semiconductor process or process control segments
Strong technical understanding of semiconductor capital equipment systems and process flow
Strategic account management expertise, the ability to lead change and the desire to operate effectively across organizations and customers
Proven leadership and people management experience
Applies knowledge of finance to create favorable outcomes for KLA and its customers
Effective communicator with the ability to educate, evangelize and influence both internally and externally
Strong team management and interpersonal skills
Creative problem solving with strong analytical skills
Success in negotiating sophisticated contracts in competitive situations
Travel domestically and internationally, as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience OR
Master's Level Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience
