12-month FTC, Maternity Leave Cover
Your key responsibilities:
- Ongoing compliance reporting for both UKI and FS Assurance and ensuring CE credits awarded to Learning participants and instructors where applicable
- Realise operational excellence through maintaining thorough understanding of, and adherence to, the Learning Deployment Operating Model
- Ongoing ISQM management -providing timely execution & evidence of controls including obtaining and retaining all the required approvals, and providing the information requested to the SQM testing team
- Realise operational excellence through maintaining thorough understanding of, and adherence to, the Learning Deployment Operating Model
- Work with the Talent & Organisation Development Team to create learning reports and analytics to provide insights on the value of courses and learning activities
- Support the end-to-end execution of Learning course deployment plans including:
- Management of attendance, learner cancellations, no shows and missed sessions, including coordinating training dates and nominations from different areas of the business
- First point of contact for queries from the practice in relation to the courses assigned, in addition to ongoing management of learning mailboxes and referrals
- Venue booking, accommodation booking for residential courses and ongoing management and learning on-site support (as required)
- Support the hosting and production of online modules, webcasts and virtual learning projects. Advise on best practice, for example interactivity during virtual classroom sessions.
- Prepare facilitators for delivery of learning courses (logistics) and support in the sourcing and management of facilitators
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and maintain content relevancy for SL, curriculum, program or course including joining instructions (if required), learner, facilitator information
- Co-ordination of SIP, Workplacement and Graduate Technical Induction
- Support the budget, accruals, forecasts and actual costs of courses within the Assurance technical curriculum, supporting all Finance related activities as per the deployment model
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders relevant for courses and the Assurance client group, to enable the successful deployment. Stakeholders include UKI Assurance Talent Development, FS UK Learning & Development Team, TSS (offshore) Learning deployment administration contacts (where relevant) UK & Ireland Talent Development co-ordinators, learners, service line resourcing teams, content managers, facilitators, learning champions, quality and efficiency networks.
- Contribute to other activities or projects across the wider Talent & Organisation Development Team (as required)

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Previous experience in administration
Ideally, you’ll also have
- An interest in Data Management
- Experience in learning deployment, learning coordination or using a learning management system (e.g. Success Factors)
- Knowledge and experience of SharePoint would also be an asset
