We're looking for a
Electrical Designer / BIM Specialistwho is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our client's business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including semiconductor manufacturing, data center facilities, and other state of the art manufacturing and research facilities.
Our electrical designers / BIM specialists are responsible for delivery of complex packages in coordination with engineers and design leads and form the core of our electrical delivery team. Utilizing AutoCAD and Revit MEP, you’ll create a 3D model space in coordination with architects and engineers. From those 3D BIM models, you’ll design layouts, single-lines, power plans, installation details, grounding plans, cable schedules, and much more will be created. You will also help with the clash detection side of projects and identify type of clashes, identify package owners, review clash report numbers, and speak to them during internal meetings as needed. In addition, you will perform power calculations, apply the NEC and other standards to model content at direction of the engineering staff.

· High school graduate or equivalent
· At least 10 years of relevant experience in design utilizing 3-D modeling / drafting
· At least 5 years of experience with Revit and Navisworks
· At least 10 years of AutoCAD design experience
· Knowledge of NEC and electrical design requirements
· Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ
Ideally, you’ll also have:
· Associate or Bachelor's degree in relevant field
· At least three years of semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical or advanced facilities experience
