Deliver engaging collision instructor-led training onmechanical systems, aluminum and steel welding, aluminum and steel structuralrepair, and paint-less dent repair
Train and develop Collision technicians on inspection,repair, and service of Tesla vehicles. Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, andmaterials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
Ensure that programs and processes are developed, assessed,communicated, and administered in compliance with Tesla’s objectives
Assist with the operations that include inventory,vehicles, room setup, service center contacts, phone calls, scheduling, tooland equipment maintenance, and student data tracking
Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload,and meet project deadlines
Comply with all Tesla safety rules, guidelines, and standards. Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools. Must be able to work independently in limited supervision environments

What You’ll Bring
5+ years of collision industry experience, trainingexperience preferred
Certificate from Vocational School in Collision Repairpreferred
Advanced aluminum and steel joining experience – welding,riveting, and bonding
Proven ability in structuring demonstrations andinstruction sessions
Proficient in use of dedicated and universal frameequipment
High level of proficiency in both written and spokenEnglish. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, andOutlook. Maintain and perform top level professional integrity andappearance as a Collision Repair Program Trainer
